Denny worked for Schwan’s as a driver. He enjoyed bicycling and spending time with his friends at Flanagan’s sports bar in Highland, IL.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Josephine, nee Thien, Korte, and Edward and Anna, nee Kisselbach, Lopinot.
He is survived by a son, Blake A. Korte of Edwardsville, IL;
his parents, Dennis Sr. and Llana, nee Lopinot, Korte of Belleville, IL;
a brother, Daniel (Tammy) Korte of Belleville, IL;
the mother of his son, Laura;
an uncle, Edward (Fran) Lopinot;
three aunts, Doris A. Chaput, Patricia A. Stock, and Mary M. Holle;
two nieces, Molly and Megan Korte;
and many cousins, extended relatives, and many friends at Flanagan’s sports bar.

Funeral: A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, February 26, 2018, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL, with Father Jim Thomas officiating.
Burial will be at Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Shiloh, IL.
