Mrs. Witkus worked for the Jim Walter Paper Company for 38 years before her retirement. She was a past president of the American Business Women’s Association.
Icy was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Daryl L. Witkus, whom she married on December 3, 1960 and who died on November 12, 2002; her parents, Jess W. and Lola M., nee Lee, Donley; four sisters, Jessie M. Sager, Mary M. Bruce, Leana M. Martin, and Dolly M. Linhart; and two brothers, David I. Donley and William E. Donley.
She is survived by a brother, Robert L. (Jean) Donley of McKinney, TX;
a brother-in-law, Walter (Aurelia) Witkus of Belleville, IL;
and dear nieces and nephews

Funeral: A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, February 24, 2018, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL, with Deacon Corby Valentine officiating.
Burial will be at Green Mount Catholic Cemetery, Belleville, IL.
