I knew Frank professionally. We served together at Hill AFB as Instructors, and most rewardingly at Headquarters, Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Service (ARRS) Scott AFB, Il. We were StanEval Flight Engineer Evaluators. Frank was a "Heavy Lift" helicopter Flight Examiner, and I was a "Light Lift" helicopter Flight Examiner. I am Tommy Kitchens.
