Althea was dedicated to her faith, she was a member of St. Paul, Lady Lake, FL, community in which they published two cookbooks. Tee was involved in the baptismal preparation group at Queen of Peace. She was also a member of “Gear Up” and the luncheon funeral community at St. Nicholas. Tee, together with her husband Lloyd, owned and operated Lloyd’s Rental and Sales in Belleville, IL, for 35 years. She loved to play golf, and her greatest pastime was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 68 years, Lloyd W. Schneider, whom she married on January 16, 1952, and who died on February 11, 2020; a daughter, Bonnie Hahn; a grandson, Christopher Hahn; her parents, Leo J. and Regina, nee Heyer, Maue; five brothers, Jerome, Laverne, James, Wilmer and Ralph Maue; and two sisters, Hermina Ross and Mary Ann Moorleghen.
Surviving are her two daughters, Debby (Dan) Willis of Swansea, IL, and Terri (Mark) Terhaar of St. Louis, MO; nine grandchildren, Eric (Angela) Willis, Lori (Mike) Koehn, Elizabeth (Mark) Neimeyer, Rachel Terhaar (Patrick Evangelista), Tobias Terhaar (Darby Dachroeden), Phillip (Erika) Terhaar, Martha Terhaar (Matthew Geier), Luke (Ally) Terhaar, and Anna (Patrick) Kerrigan; 14 great-grandchildren, Paige Koehn, Tyler Koehn, Blake Koehn, Sydney Willis, Owen Willis, Ashlyn Willis, Ben Neimeyer, Kate Neimeyer, Evelyn Neimeyer, Mira Evangelista, Arya Evangelista, Jack Terhaar, Charlie Terhaar, and Jack Kerrigan; and many dear nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A luncheon at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 625 St. Nicholas Drive, O’Fallon, IL, 62269, will follow the services.
