Ann was a graduate of Ursuline Academy, Arcadia, MO. She had worked as a secretary and retired from the St. Clair County Health Department. Ann was a past member of St. Clair County Legal Secretary’s Association and a former Cub Scout Den Mother. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Belleville, IL, active in the St. Ann’s Altar Sodality, and had served as a Eucharistic Minister.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Albert E. Dolansky, whom she married on May 5, 1960, and who died on November 26, 2016; her parents, Wendell and Ramona, nee Faltus, Brinson; a brother, Charles J. Brinson, Sr.; three sisters, Rita (John) Monte, Carolyn (Richard) Taylor, and Janet (Jurgen “Peter”) Sandbrink; two sisters-in-law Ruth Caponi and Alice (Robert) Braun; a brother-in-law, Marvin Dolansky; two nephews, Charles J. Brinson, Jr. and John H. Monte, Jr.; and a niece, Sharon Raab.
She is survived by a son, Kevin (Beth) Dolansky of Belleville, IL; a granddaughter, Sarah (Jared) Poettker; four great-grandchildren, Aria Ann, Declan Joseph, Karina Elizabeth, and Eliana Kate Poettker; a brother-in-law, Michael Caponi; and nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Friends may visit from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 18, 2024, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL, and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 19, 2024, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Belleville, IL.
Funeral: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 19, 2024, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Belleville, IL, with Fr. Godfrey Mullen, OSB, officiating.
Burial will be at Green Mount Catholic Cemetery, Belleville, IL.
