Bernie had always been “Jodi’s mom” to me until she became my friend a few years ago. We spent a lot of time together, and I grew to love her for her spunk, intelligence, sense of humor, and adventurous spirit. She was always so pretty and put together, ready to go shopping or we’d sometimes just drive around Millstadt! She loved doing that and we just drive around and talk about what we saw. I’m going to miss our Bernie; she truly was a treasure to me. Thank you to Jodi and Jan for sharing her with me. Much love to the whole family, I’m so sorry for your loss.
