Betty was a member of St. Joseph’s Church in Freeburg and an active member of the Women’s Club throughout her life. She was known for her warm spirit, sweet personality, and her ability to always look on the bright side. Betty was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who loved to bake, spend time with her family, and watch hallmark movies. She was always able to make the best out of any situation and her ability to adapt to whatever came her way was unmatched.
Betty will be remembered for the way she always threw her head back when she laughed, her exceptional hugs, and her kindness, generosity, and love for others.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 66 years, Donald E. Rauch, whom she married on June 18, 1949 and who died on September 1, 2015; an infant son, Robert Joseph Rauch; a daughter, Cindy, nee Rauch, Graham; her parents, Robert E. and Mary, nee Howard, Bruno; a brother, John Bruno; a sister, Virginia (Ralph) Kaesberg; and a nephew, Bill Kaesberg.
Betty is survived by her two children, Steven (Doni-Mae) Rauch and Donna S. (Wayne) Wilson;
four grandchildren, Joshua (Kate) Rauch, Adam (Sage) Rauch, Brett Graham, and Brittany Graham;
four great grandchildren, Josie, Piper, Andrew, and Alex;
and her nieces and nephews, Robin Drake, Mike Drake, Cathy Bruno, Mike Bruno, and Joe Crump.

Funeral: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 4, 2023, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Freeburg, IL.
