The entire Dowd family is in the minds and hearts of the Sergents. We didn't have the pleasure of getting to know Brandon, but I have known the friendship of his brother, Ryan...and the hospitality of Mrs. Dowd, whose cup I actually still need to return after she insisted on sending me on my way with an extra coffee the morning after a particularly late ending to the Cardinals game the night before...anyway, I can only assume that Brandon was just another chip off the Dowd family block. May Brandon rest well and peacefully. May his loved ones give themselves grace throughout the grieving process and remember Brandon fondly...God bless.
