Mr. Oller worked for Norrenberns Grocery Store and National Food Stores before his retirements. He loved boating and being outdoors. Carl was a member of St. Peter’s Cathedral and a 3rd Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus Council 1028.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lester C. and Lillian C., nee Lacquet, Oller; a granddaughter, Tricia Weilbacher; and a brother-in-law, Wilbert Baechle.
Surviving are his wife of 61 years, Mary Joann “Joan”, nee Wagner, Oller, whom he married on April 30, 1960; four children, Pamela (Dale) Weilbacher, James “Butch” Oller, Sandra Winkelmann (Paul Wurth), and Scott Oller (Jackie Tewell); seven grandchildren, Brad Weilbacher, Jason Oller, Patrick Oller, Thomas Oller, Amy Boeving, Aaron (Danielle) Winkelmann, and Scott “Michael” Oller; five great-grandchildren, Hayley Stokes (Logan Zachry), Dalton Oller, Dominic Oller, Kenleigh Winkelmann, and Kolten Winkelmann; and a sister, Sandra Baechle.

Visitation: Friends may visit from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, November 7, 2021, and from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday, November 8, 2021, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL. Standard CDC guidelines will be followed, including masks and social distancing.
Funeral: A funeral procession will leave at 10 a.m. Monday, November 8, 2021, from George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL, for a 10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter’s Cathedral, Belleville, IL, with Msgr. John Myler officiating. Masks are required.
Burial will be at Green Mount Catholic Cemetery, Belleville, IL.
