Mrs. LaFore worked as an assembly line worker and retired from Belleville Shoe Manufacturing Company after 15 years of service. She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church, Belleville, IL.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 15 years, Joseph LaFore, whom she married on November 30, 1985, and who died on April 8, 2001; and her parents, Adam and Elizabeth, nee Winter, Lunk.
Surviving are her brother, Donald (Helen) Lunk of Taylorville, IL; a niece, Donna (Joel) Hinkle; and a nephew, Christopher Lunk.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, June 30, 2022, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Freeburg, IL, with Pastor Brian Robison officiating.
Burial will be at Green Mount Catholic Cemetery, Belleville, IL.
