Clara worked for AT&T in St. Louis, MO, before her retirement. She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ in Belleville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Hazel, nee Parker, Frazer; a sister, Linda Martin; and a brother, Harry Martin.
Surviving are her two daughters, Melisa Brightwell, and Jessica Loesch;
a son, Adam Loesch;
a granddaughter, Taylor Brightwell;
a sister, Verna Frazer;
and a brother, Steve Frazer.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 2, 2018, at Trinity United Church of Christ Belleville, IL, with Rev. Cory Hartz officiating.
Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Chester, IL.
