Cole was a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, boyfriend, and friend. We loved him with all of our hearts. He was smart and caring, always ready to help or crack a joke to make a friend’s day better. His bravery and fighting spirit inspired us all. At 14, he won his battle against cancer. Our thoughts of him continue to make us laugh and cry. He brought the greatest joy and we will miss him every minute, hour, day, month, and year. We are so grateful for the time we had together. We love you, Coley!
Cole was preceded in death by his grandfather, Stanley Wierciszewski, an uncle, Joe Wierciszewski; and a cousin, Dustin Wierciszewski.
Surviving are his father, Randy Wierciszewski;
his mother and step-father, Alysia and Abe Bernardini;
two sisters, Teagan Wierciszewski and Anna Bernardini;
a brother, Benny Bernardini;
two grandmothers, Gayle (Tommy Edwards) Wierciszewski,
and Dianna Wegener;
his grandparents, Kevin and Kathy Petchulat;
and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation: Friends may visit with the family from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, February 16, 2018, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL.
