My sympathies to David’s surviving family and friends. I had a few occasions over the years to interact with Dave in his capacity as a member of the NRT, and as an ATF CES. He was a likable guy, and very competent at his job. Being a part of both programs was a noteworthy achievement for his career, and I hope all of you were proud of him for that. May he forever rest in peace and remain in your hearts.
