David Lee Williams, 79, of Belleville, IL, born December 7, 1943, in Caseyville, IL, died Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at his residence.
David was very talented and enjoyed working with his hands. He loved making bird houses and tinmen and gifting them to family and friends. He was a St. Louis Cardinal baseball fan and enjoyed spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul V. and Gladys, nee Gee, Williams; and his youngest son, Aaron Williams.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Donna Lee, nee Loughery, Williams, whom he married on September 4, 1964;
a son, John David Williams;
a granddaughter, Jessica Lynn Williams;
and two great-grandchildren, Kaelyn and Tristen.
