Deanne M. George, nee Knepper, 48, of Freeburg, IL, born October 30, 1967, in Belleville, IL, died Friday, November 27, 2015, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO.

Deanne was a 1989 graduate of MacMurray College in Jacksonville, IL.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Carolyn M., nee Bruce, Knepper; and her grandparents, Loren Brown Bruce and Ina, nee Pugh, Bruce, and Albert Knepper and Mary, nee Pfeiffer, Knepper;

Surviving are her husband of 26 years, Aaron George, whom she married on January 7, 1989; her son, U.S. Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Kelton T. George, and her daughter, Alyssa M. George, both of Freeburg, IL;
her father, Joseph W. Knepper of Belleville, IL;
a sister, Debra K. (Michael) Pensoneau of Mascoutah, IL;
two brothers, W. Dennis (Annette) Knepper of Belleville, IL,
and Douglas A. (Victoria) Knepper of St. Libory, IL;
six nieces and three nephews;
and three great-nieces and four great-nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.rennerfh.com.

Visitation:  Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL.

Funeral:  Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, December 1, at the funeral home with Rev. Earl Crecelius officiating.
