Delores M. Depper, nee Marler, 73, of Belleville, IL, born September 8, 1944, in Dover, DE, died Tuesday, August 21, 2018, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.

Delores retired from Red Lobster where she worked as a server for 32 years. Before her time at Red Lobster she was a homemaker raising her family.  She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother.  Delores loved NASCAR racing, the St. Louis Cardinals and Shopping.  Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Delores was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Hattie, nee Voudrie, Marler; and two brothers, Charles H. and Bernard H. Marler.

Surviving are her husband of 55 years, Bernard L. Depper, whom she married on September 23, 1962;
four daughters, Debra R. (Mark) Owens of Nixa, MO, Denise A. (Frank) Bilek of Belleville, IL, Deanna L. Loyet of Millstadt, IL, and Dione L. Moore of Belleville, IL;
10 grandchildren;
13 great-grandchildren;
a brother, Jesse Marler of Belleville, IL;
and a sister Pam (Gary) Austin of Belleville, IL.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois. Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.rennerfh.com.

Visitation:  Friends may visit with the family from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, August 26, 2018, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL.

Funeral: Private family services will be held Monday, August 27, 2018, with burial at Walnut Hill Cemetery, Belleville, IL.

My Deepest sympathy to each of you, Im so sorry uncle Bernie...Ill miss her, I only have memories of very sweet Aunt, compassionate person, her nature and love will live on within each of you eternally, she will be your guardian angel ,and pain free from now on,try to remember the good times and laughter as much as possible thru this very sad time, she, I think would like to see your smiles in her memory as well. Dear Bernie and family, I am so sorry that you lost Dee Dee. She was a wonderful person and me and Mom loved her so much.
