Dennis D. Hinds, 43, of Belleville, IL, born July 6, 1973, in Okinawa, Japan, died Sunday, August 28, 2016, at his residence.

Dennis was a supervisor for the Granite City Post Office. He was an avid golfer, an NFL Pittsburgh Steelers fan, and enjoyed drift cars. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran.

Surviving are his wife, Rebecca D. “Becki” Hinds, nee Collins, whom he married on March 27, 2008;
his parents, Robert and Junko, nee Hirata, Cea;
one son and five daughters, Jamie (Terry) Stafford,
Samantha Miller,
Caitlin Hinds,
Quinn Miller,
Megan Hinds,
and Eve Hinds;
and three brothers, Brian (Rika) Hinds,
Joseph Cea,
and Andrew Cea.

Memorials may be made to the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC).  Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.rennerfh.com.

Visitation: Friends may visit with the family from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL.

Military honors will be at 7 p.m.

Dennis was my roommate at Keesker AFB during our Tech Training. For some reason his name pop into my head this morning and I looked him up. He was a good friend and I remember him talking about Okanawa, golf. So sorry to here this. My condolences go out to his entire family.
