Mr. Williams was a United States Air Force veteran, retired in 1969. He later retired from Transamerica in 1989. Denver was a member of the Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Mary Jo Williams; his parents, Orvil and Viola, nee Wright, Williams; six brothers; and three sisters.
Surviving are two step-daughters, Connie Flach of Belleville, IL and Joyce Wiechert of O’Fallon, IL;
and numerous nieces and nephews.
