Mrs. Haverman was employed at Belleville Township High School East before her retirement. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church, Freeburg, IL.
Doris was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 69 years, Joseph P. Haverman, whom she married on July 27, 1946 and who died on June 17, 2015; her parents, David C. and Florence M., nee Underwood, White; and three sisters, Goldie Hornnacek, Shirley Healey, and Viola M. Basek.
Surviving are a daughter, Judith Ann (Ronald) Dill of Freeburg, IL;
three grandchildren, Mark (Mandy) Dill of Freeburg, IL, Cindy Erickson of Oswego, IL, and Lindsay Dill of Hecker, IL;
four great-grandchildren, Ty and Brady Dill of Freeburg, IL, and Owen and Lexi Erickson of Oswego, IL;
and many nieces and nephews.
