Florence was across the hall from my mom, Lucy in the old St Paul building. I would often talk with her and ask what project she was working on. She would let me know what was going on with mom. They ended up in the same area in the new building also. I would still visit with her when I could. Just wanted to extend my sympathy to your family Carolyn Wottowa

Florence and her fellow operators were the voice of Boatmen's Bank. I worked for the CEO so we talked frequently about where to send calls. She was a caring woman and a good friend. Rest in peace.
