Frances P. Burgdorf, nee Jamnick, 93, of Branson, MO, formerly of Belleville, IL, born June 9, 1922, in Poplar Bluff, MO, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2016, in Branson, MO.

Mrs. Burgdorf retired as an administrative assistant in flight safety at Scott Air Force Base, IL.  She was a member of Faith Family Church, Shiloh, IL, and also a member of Faith Life Church, Branson, MO.

Frances was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Wilbur E. Burgdorf, whom she married on August 28, 1953, and who died on December 21, 2006; a son, James Burgdorf; her parents, Joseph and Pauline, nee Kostelac, Jamnick; a sister, Ann Campbell; and six brothers, Louis, Amos, Pat, Bill, Ed, and Tony Jamnick.

Surviving are two daughters, Beverly (James) Voelkel of Belleville, IL,
and Karen (Ed) Gay of Branson, MO;
two grandchildren, Julie Voelkel and Nathan (Jessy) Voelkel;
two step-grandchildren, Christian Gay and Ambreana Gay;
and three great-grandsons, Matthew, Malikkih, and Samuel.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Faith Family Church, Shiloh, IL, or to Faith Life Church, Branson, MO.  Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.rennerfh.com.

Visitation: Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon on Saturday, February 13, 2016, at Faith Life Church, Branson, MO.

Funeral:  A memorial service will be held at 12 noon on Saturday at the church.

A graveside service will be held at 12 noon on Monday, February 15, 2016, at The Mausoleum Chapel at Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, IL.  Burial will follow at the cemetery.
