
Mr. Bollinger was a lead business analyst who retired from Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. He was a volunteer for the Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. Frank greatly enjoyed riding his motorcycle and camping.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ora “Dale” and Colleen, nee Joyce, Bollinger; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Royce “Pete” and Dorothy, nee Boemer, Parker; and a brother-in-law, John Harper.
Surviving are his wife, Debra S., nee Parker, Bollinger; three daughters, Heather (Timothy) Pyatt, Tracy (Atul) Sapkal, and Jennifer Whitter; a son, Justin (Emily Barks) Bollinger; three grandchildren, Samantha Pyatt, and Dean and Dale Sapkal; three sisters, Linda Harper, Judy (Larry) Vaughn, and Debbie (John) Wiggins; a sister-in-law, Julie (Roch) Beine; his beloved nephews and nieces, along with many dear family and friends; and his beloved four-legged buddies, Kallee and Saddie.
The family would like to thank the loving and caring staff at both St. Paul’s Senior Community and at Hospice of Southern Illinois.

Burial with military honors will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO.
