In 2021, Frank retired from FedEx, formerly known as American Freightways, after almost 30 years of service. He had a love/hate relationship with the St. Louis Cardinals and the St. Louis Blues. Frank loved his grandchildren with all his heart and adored his dogs.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy F. and Irene M., nee Schmittling, Weber; and his father-in-law, Clois Ward.
He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Barbara, nee Ward, Weber, whom he married on July 19, 1986;
three daughters, Cassie Nolte (Michael Lewis), Alicia Weber (T.J. Donaby),
and Breanna Weber;
two grandchildren, Baileigh Nolte and Tony Donaby;
his mother-in-law, Bernice Ward;
and his family, friends, and work buddies.
