Gage Valentino Coffey, born Tuesday, February 21, 2017, passed away Friday, May 26, 2017, at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital, St. Louis, MO.
Gage was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Robert Valentino Guida.
Surviving are his parents, Kristopher Coffey and Bethany Guida
and his brother, Jude Smith, all of O’Fallon, IL;
paternal grandparents, Ann and Stephen Coffey of Belleville, IL;
maternal grandmother, Brenda Guida of O’Fallon, IL;
paternal great-grandmother, Bettye Miller of Belleville, IL;
an aunt, April Zabinski, of O’Fallon, IL;
and great-aunts, great uncles, and cousins.
Private family services will be held.
