To the teacher I’ll never forget, who showed me such kindness in what was one of the worst years of my life, I will always remember what you did for me. From going to my baptism, my grandma’s funeral, and just being a safe person to talk to, you always showed up for me. I will always appreciate you Ms. K. You went above and beyond for me.

I met Gayle years ago thru softball with womens teams and later co-ed. She played on some of my women's .teams. We had great times. Iloved her Memphis, Tennessee accent and she had the greatest smile and I can still hear that laugh. She was quite an athlete. A wonderful and awesome gal. She loved her dogs. When I first met her , she had Petey, then she had Cocker Spaniels. She loved life . I am so sorry for the family and many close friends that cancer took her . She is with loved ones now, but she will be missed by so many of us.

I was so shocked to learn of Gayle’s passing this morning. I’ve tried calling many numbers to verify this tragic loss of my dearly loved sports buddy and friend, but numbers I had were inactive. My deepest condolences to her family and MANY friends, who will remember Gayle for her fabulous sense of humor and infectious laugh, as well as her commitment to the well being of all who knew her. My heart is broken,,,

Our prayers for the family. Gayle was a special person and a great neighbor, she lived behind us. Always a smile on her face. She was there for her mother during her stay at the nursing home and Gayle was always there to help her elderly neighbor. She will be truly missed.
