Condolences Left For Jack Pelc

My sympathy to the Pelc family. I went to school with Jack and Leovamae. Both great people

I did not have the pleasure of getting to know Mr. Pelc very well during the relatively short time that we were neighbors. I remember him most for the very evident enjoyment he gained from meticulously manicuring his lawn, even on the hottest days. However, he was never so busy that he did not interrupt his labor of love to smile and wave when you passed by.

Sincerest condolences, Milton Wharton
