Joan R. McCullough, nee Chouinard, 65, of Belleville, IL, born January 28, 1950, in Belleville, IL, died Wednesday, April 1, 2015, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO.

Joan was preceded in death by her parents, John and Ruby, nee Nicholson, Chouinard.

Surviving are her husband of 46 years, Denny McCullough, whom she married on August 9, 1968, in Belleville, IL;
two sons, John (Nikki) McCullough and Bob (Sherry) McCullough, both of Belleville, IL;
eight grandchildren, Derek, Justin, Adam, Nicholas,
Kyle, Scottie, Samantha, and David;
her sister, Janet (Harold) Foster of Millstadt, IL;
her brother, Jerry (Candi) Chouinard of Millstadt, IL;
nieces and nephews;
and special daughter, Tanya.

Visitation:  Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, April 4, 2015, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL.

Funeral:  A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
