Mr. Qualls was an industrial mechanic for Cerro Flow Products in Sauget, IL. He was a U.S. Navy veteran.
John was preceded in death by his parents.
Surviving are his wife, Carey, nee Stallmann, Qualls;
three stepsons, Tyler (Hilary) Good,
Joshua Good,
and Jacob Stallman;
one step-daughter, Chynna Good;
two step-granddaughters, Summer Boug
and Sydney Good;
one sister, Shirley Reister;
nieces and nephews;
and cousins.

Funeral: Graveside services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday, May 20, 2016, Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO. Burial with military honors will follow at the cemetery.
