John was a good guy. I met him when I worked at the courthouse many years ago. I always saw John with his mom over the years and knew he really cared about her. So sad that John passed away so early. May he rest in peace.

John was my boss. He would always listen to what I had to say and acted like I was important- something that I often did not experience in my employment history. He also allowed me and my other female colleagues bring our children to the office if they were sick or off school. He allowed me to work from home several times when I couldn't come in. I always thought some sort of comedy show should be based on him. I appreciated him for all that.

Please accept my deepest regrets at John's passing. I knew him as a fellow student and friend in high school and college. He honored me with asking me for an endorsement to taking his Illinois Bar Exam.
