I served with Joe on the USS Iowa. He was a great guy and a lot of fun. My girlfriend, now wife, Dottie and I had a lot of fun with him going out together. RIP Shipmate. We have the watch.

Joe and I were elementary school classmates in Marissa for a short time in the 1970s. Many from our MHS class of 1980 remember him with great fondness though the family did not live there very long. So we are truly sad. My prayers uplifted for the family.
