My sympathies goes out to the family. Joe and I developed our friendship in 1972 when I started teaching at Belle Valley School. He provided me many laughs. Bill Porzukowiak and I loved to tease Joe and vice-versa. Joe loved my children. They loved to talk to Joe when I worked nights in my classroom. He will be missed. May the strength of family and friends be with the family at this time and always.

My sympathies and condolences to the Knepper family. I remember Joe well from the Belle Valley days having cut grass in the summer months when I was in high school. Joe was well liked. R.I.P.
