
Joshua graduated from Attica High School in Indiana in 1992. He attended some college in the area of business. Joshua enlisted and served in the Army for ten years and was honorably discharged in May 2019. During this time, he served two tours in Afghanistan. Joshua was a very loving individual and would give his last penny if someone was in need. He had a loving spirit and a smile to share.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Walter and Golda, nee Harris, Grau; and his maternal grandparents, William Mertens and Lilian Bullard.
Surviving are his father, Allen (Debbie) Grau;
his mother, Mary Jo (Mike) Warren;
six siblings, Tara Grau, Todd (Lori) Grau, Amanda (Mike) Dedmond, Jason Grau, Brandy (Brian) Woods, and Brittany Grau;
ten nieces and nephews, Kelsey, Taylor, Dylan, Caleb, Josephine, Lillie, Kiera, Caroline, Tori, and Kane;
and a great-niece and great-nephew, Jocelynn and Landon.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday, January 20, 2023, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL, with Fr. Jim Thomas officiating.
Burial with military honors will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO.
