
Judy was a loving wife, mother, and a devoted and proud grandmother. She was a global accounts manager at Thomson Rueters and spent many years as a floral designer in both California and Illinois. While in California, she worked on the Rose Bowl Parade and spent many years as a wedding coordinator.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Jasper; her mother, Marjorie, nee Hamilton, Jasper Keck; her stepfather, Dale Keck; a niece, Tracy Cox; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, John and Helen Wissehr; and a brother-in-law, Carl Poser.
Surviving are her husband, Craig Wissehr; a daughter, Christine (Bradley) Blanquart; two grandchildren, Chase and Carter Blanquart; five siblings, Carla Poser, William Jasper, Lisa (Dan) Schneider, Cindy (Zach) Zollner, and Kathy Miller; two sisters-in-law, Deborah (Scott) Karstens and Cynthia (Greg Riley) Galanti; a brother-in-law, David (Patti) Wissehr; many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends; and her two fur baby girls, Maggie and Molly.
