Judith “Judy” Wissehr, nee Jasper, 66, of Belleville, IL, born July 17, 1955, in East St. Louis, IL, died Saturday, April 30, 2022, at Four Fountains Convalescent Center, Belleville, IL, with family by her side.

Judy was a loving wife, mother, and a devoted and proud grandmother. She was a global accounts manager at Thomson Rueters and spent many years as a floral designer in both California and Illinois. While in California, she worked on the Rose Bowl Parade and spent many years as a wedding coordinator.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Jasper; her mother, Marjorie, nee Hamilton, Jasper Keck; her stepfather, Dale Keck; a niece, Tracy Cox; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, John and Helen Wissehr; and a brother-in-law, Carl Poser.

Surviving are her husband, Craig Wissehr; a daughter, Christine (Bradley) Blanquart; two grandchildren, Chase and Carter Blanquart; five siblings, Carla Poser, William Jasper, Lisa (Dan) Schneider, Cindy (Zach) Zollner, and Kathy Miller; two sisters-in-law, Deborah (Scott) Karstens and Cynthia (Greg Riley) Galanti; a brother-in-law, David (Patti) Wissehr; many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends; and her two fur baby girls, Maggie and Molly.

Visitation: Friends may visit from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, May 6, 2022, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL.

 Funeral: Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, May 6, 2022, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL.

I am so sorry to hear of Judy’s passing. She was such a fun manager and easy to talk with. She spoke about her daughter and grandchildren constantly. She was very proud of her family. She was very loved at Thomson Reuters and will be missed by many. Rest in peace.

I am deeply saddened to hear the news of Judy's passing. Judy was my first manager at Thomson Reuters. She was bright, bold, generous, and kind. She will be missed by many. R.I.P Judy! Condolences to the entire Wissehr's family.

I was saddened to hear of Judy's passing, but have fond memories of her at Thomson Reuters. She was such a sweet lady! Condolences to the loved ones she's left behind.

I worked with Judy at Thompson Reuters where she was beloved. She was kind, nurturing, honest and a good leader. She was a bright light and will be a brighter light in heaven.

We were all so very sorry to hear of Judy's passing. She was a funny, smart, beautiful, loving soul who died way too soon. She will always remain in our memories and our hearts forever. Sending our love, sympathy and prayers.
