Mrs. Jouglard was a cook at Four Fountains Convalescent Center before her retirement.
June was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Richard Jouglard, whom she married on November 21, 1953, and who died on July 17, 1997; her parents, Harry and Nellie, nee Jennings, Parson; her twin brother, Gene Parson; and a half-sister, Rose Jordan.
Surviving are her three sons, Jeffrey (Sandra K.) Jouglard,
James (Kellie) Jouglard,
and Jon (Rosemary) Jouglard, all of Belleville, IL;
eight grandchildren, Julie and Jacob Jouglard,
Paige and Kevin Jouglard,
and Deanna, Natasha, Renee, and Jennifer Jouglard;
and four great-grandchildren, Kadence, Charles,
Hunter, and Abbigale.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, February 27, 2015, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL.
Funeral: Private memorial services will be held and burial will be at Mount Carmel Catholic Cemetery, Belleville, IL.
So sad to read that June has passed, we worked together for several years, loved her, she made the best homemade pies and her dressing w hamburger in it was the Best! My deepest sympathy to all you boys and your families. Rest in peace, June.
