Mrs. Deering was an executive secretary and retired after more than 25 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Deering; her parents, Albert and Catherine, nee Connelly, Bucksat; a sister, Elizabeth “Betty” (Bob) Concannon; a brother, Robert “Bob” Bucksat; and a niece, Mary Ann Herr.
Surviving are a brother, Albert “Bert” Bucksat of Belleville, IL; a sister-in-law, Patricia Kelley Bucksat; two nieces, Maribeth Concannon of St. Louis, MO, and Maggie (Wayne) Schmidt of Waterloo, IL; five nephews, Mickey (Margie) Herr of Atlanta, GA, John (Robbie) Herr of Eureka, MO, Charlie (Patti) Herr of Fairview Heights, IL, Steve (Anna) Herr of Summerfield, IL, and Bob (Peggy) Herr of Belleville, IL; and great nieces, great nephews, and loving friends.

Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, St. Louis, MO.
