Print Obituary
Leigh Ann Alcorn, 29, of Belleville, IL, born September 29, 1986, in Alton, IL, died Saturday, August 6, 2016, in St. Louis, MO.

Leigh Ann was a beautiful person inside and out.  She truly loved her family and friends, but most of all, enjoyed spending time with her son Andrew.  He was full of life, loved to laugh, and would always bring laughter to others.  Leigh wanted to be a counselor and help people with addiction, but sadly, we will not see that day.  She was the type of person who could see good in people, always wanting to make new friends, and never passed judgment.  She was a special person with a beautiful heart.

She was preceded in death by her father, John D. Alcorn.

Surviving are her son, Andrew Helfrich;
her mother, Therese M., nee Pennell, Alcorn of Belleville, IL;
one sister, Rachel Milazzo of St. Louis, MO;
and two brothers, Peter Alcorn of Seattle, WA,
and Evan Alcorn of Belleville, IL.

Leigh Ann – we miss you beyond words.  Hope you found the peace you so desperately wanted.  You will never be forgotten.
