Mrs. Wilson was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.
Marian was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles L. Wasem, Jr.,
her second husband, Joseph H. Wilson Jr., Lt. Commander, U.S. Navy, Retired, who died on September 25, 2012;
her parents;
a granddaughter, Kimberly Hoerz;
a sister, Ethel Schroeder;
and a brother, Norman Straubinger.
Surviving are a daughter, Patricia Wasem of Belleville, IL; a son, Charles (Fonda) Wasem of Swansea, IL; two grandchildren, Kate Wasem, and David (May) Wasem; a great-grandson, Cal; and a sister, Janice Schroeder.

Funeral: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, January 19, 2018, at St. Luke’s Catholic Church, Belleville, IL, with Fr. James Thomas officiating.
Entombment will follow at Lake View Mausoleum, Fairview Heights, IL.
