Mark A. “Moose” Chouinard, 76, of Belleville, IL, born March 16, 1939, in Belleville, IL, died Sunday, November 8, 2015, at Bria Healthcare in Belleville, IL.

Mr. Chouinard was a truck driver retired from Lovelace, Commercial Lovelace, and USF Holland.  He was a 32-year member of Teamsters Local 600 in St. Louis, MO, and served in the U.S. Army Reserves from 1956 to 1964.

Mark was preceded in death by his first wife, Audriann, nee Florreich, Chouinard; his second wife, Roberto, nee Roustio, Chouinard; and his parents, Alex and Leona, nee Kassebaum, Chouinard.

Surviving are his daughter, Lisa Bingham of Rantoul, IL;
his son, Robert Chouinard of Belleville, IL;
two grandchildren, Alyssa and Stacey Bingham;
his brothers and sisters, Dr. Michael (Sharon) Chouinard of Sikeston, MO,
David (Margaret) Chouinard of Belleville, IL,
Catherine (Harvey) Inman of Belleville, IL,
Mary (Thomas) Montgomery of Belleville, IL
and Patricia (Rick) Luehder of Shiloh, IL;
and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, November 10, 2015, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL

Funeral:  Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, IL.
