Mrs. Campbell was employed at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL, before her retirement. She was a member of St. Peter’s Cathedral, Belleville, IL.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Campbell; her parents, John A. and Ida, nee Kling, Schmidt; four brothers, Paul J. (Minta) Schmidt, Raymond (Madelyn) Schmidt, James (Faye) Schmidt, and John Schmidt; and four sisters, Rita (Gordon) Bien; Mary (Milton) Clement, Dorothy Schmidt, and Catherine (Jerry) Mazzarino.
Surviving are one sister, Pauline (Alvin) Bietsch of Belleville, IL,
a sister-in-law, Mary Schmidt of Waterloo, IL;
and extended family members.

Visitation: Friends may visit with the family from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 28, 2017, at St. Peter’s Cathedral, Belleville, IL.
Funeral: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 28, 2017, at St. Peter’s Cathedral, Belleville, IL, with Msgr. John Myler officiating.
Burial will be in Green Mount Catholic Cemetery, Belleville, IL.
