She was preceded in death by her parents, Hugo and Dorothy, nee Neal, Middendorf; a brother, Neal Middendorf; a sister Sharline Jouglard;
She is survived by three sons, Dan Middendorf, Christopher (Catherine) Hatley, and Jason Hatley; two daughters, Heather (Douglas Vanhoose) Seiber and Jenny Young; 14 grandchildren; three brothers, Michael (Patricia) Middendorf of Belleville, IL, Curtis (Kathleen) Middendorf of Waterloo, IL, and Bruce (Hope) Middendorf of Marissa, IL; and two sisters, Betty Middendorf and Susan Middendorf both of Marissa, IL.
