Mary was a homemaker and was the owner and operator of the former Mary’s Beauty Shop in Caseyville, IL. She later worked as a cook for both Holy Cross Lutheran School in Collinsville, IL and Freeburg Care Center, Freeburg, IL.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Conrad M. Belt; her second husband, of 52 years, Ralph G. Newcomb; her parents, Carl and Beulah, nee Williams, Jackson; and a sister, Eileen Lintzenich.
Surviving are two sons, Gene (Diane) Belt of Swansea, IL,
and Randy Newcomb of Freeburg, IL;
a step-daughter, Barbara Kay (Kenneth)Weber of Belleville, IL;
five grandchildren, Margie Belt, Tom Belt, Laura Marie Newcomb, Scott Weber, and Kendra Kritzmire;
a great-granddaughter, Lydia Belding;
a great-grandson; Kenny Weber;
and numerous nieces and nephews;
