Mrs. Pyatt retired as a secretary from E.M. Wiegmann & Co., Freeburg, IL, where she had worked for 28 years. She was a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Freeburg, IL, and the Women’s Guild at the church. Myrtle was also a member of the Freeburg Women’s Club and the Homemakers’ Club.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Wilfred H. Pyatt, whom she married on December 29, 1945, and who died on March 12, 2015; her parents, Lawrence E. and Thelma L., nee Spann, Davis; a sister, Bette Flatt; and a brother, Rodney Davis.
Surviving are two daughters and a son, Janice (Randy) Anton of Gilbert, AZ,
Debra (Charles) Ross of Freeburg, IL,
and Kevin (Debi) Pyatt of Fayetteville, IL;
seven grandchildren, Kirsten (David) Dixon of Frisco, TX,
Bryce (Jennifer) Anton of Longmont, CO,
John Ross of Millstadt, IL,
Tyler (Deanne) Ross of St. Libory, IL,
Kammi (Scott) McClendon of Shoshoni, WY,
Shawn Uncapher of Casper, WY,
and Joseph Pyatt of Riverton, WY;
a brother, Lawrence E. Jr. (Dixie) Davis of Covina, CA;
a sister, Dolores (Robert) Anderson of Ashland, AL;
and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Freeburg, IL, with Rev. Earl Crecelius officiating. Burial will follow at St. Paul’s Cemetery, Freeburg, IL.
