Patricia retired in 2018, after 31 years of service for General Services Administration (GSA). Patricia was a member of Cathedral of St. Peter Catholic Church. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Patricia had a love/hate relationship with quilting and sewing. She spent countless hours in her flower garden and yard, and would have given racing legend, Mario Andretti, a run for his money on her lawn mower. Patricia enjoyed baking sugar cookies, loved fish fries, was an avid swing dancer, and a detailed list creator and finisher.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Waelti, whom she married on February 26, 1994, and who died on March 28, 2005; her parents, Marcel and Dorothy, nee Schmisseur, Gass; and two sisters, Sue (Bob) Swanson and Mary Jane Fields.
Surviving are her children, Gregory (Katherine) Sangiolo, Kevin (Gina) Sangiolo, and Kristin Sangiolo; seven grandchildren, Bethany, Adam, Christopher, Arlo, Lou, Annie, and Gus Sangiolo; her boyfriend, Devin Santel; five siblings, Marvin Gass, Virgil (Alexis) Gass, Virginia Domescik, Donald (Marita) Gass, and David (Susan) Gass; and many nieces and nephews.
