Patricia I. Bossler, nee Garrett, 90, of Belleville, IL, born October 17, 1931, in East St. Louis, IL, passed away Friday, March 18, 2022, at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.

Mrs. Bossler was an administrative assistant at Scott Air Force Base for 41 years before her retirement.  Always a loving mother and grandmother, Patricia was a very good cook. She was a member of Apostolic Church.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Robert A. and Magdalene, nee Snyder, Garrett; a sister, Helen Voelkel; two brothers, Joseph and Charles Garrett; and a daughter-in-law, Rebecca DeJonge-Bossler.

Surviving are three sons, Steven L. (Debra) Bossler, Rodney B. Bossler, and Bradley Bossler, all of Belleville, IL;
five grandchildren, Jessica (Luis), Crystal, Tim (Jennifer), Brad, and Corey (Abby);
and 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation:  Friends may visit from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, March 26, 2022, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, March 26, 2022, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL.

Burial will be at Walnut Hill Cemetery, Belleville, IL.

So sorry to hear of Pat’s death. She was raised by my grandparents and she and her sister, Helen, were like aunts to me. I loved her dearly!
