Patricia loved NASCAR and especially watching her favorite driver, Bill Elliott. She was an avid TV game show enthusiast and enjoyed quilting.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Henry A. Gipson, whom she married on March 6, 1961, and who died on March 7, 2019; a daughter, Lucille L. Gipson; her parents, Gerald and Lucille, nee Logan, Sarver; and a brother, Gene Sarver.
Surviving are her three sons, Benjamin J. (Teresa) Gipson of Janesville, WI, Charles A. (Jackie) Gipson of Marissa, IL, and Aden G. (Wendy) Gipson of St. Libory, IL; five grandchildren, Victoria (Clayton) Walker, Aden Gipson Jr., Mackenzie Gipson (Dylan Weber), Abigayle (Alex) Kendziorski, and Andrea Gipson; three great-grandchildren, Isabella, Scarlett, and Penelope Walker; and a niece, Donna Earl.

Visitation: Friends may visit the family from 12 noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, June 10, 2023, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Freeburg, IL.
According to Patricia’s wishes, cremation will follow the visitation.
