We are sorry to learn of Father Jose’s passing. He was a wonderful, humble and holy priest. His Good Friday homily of Christ’s passion was an incredible and memorable gift to our St Therese of the Child Parish. Ronald and Sandra Becherer

I am so sorry to hear of Father Jose passing. He helped me with my annulment and blessed my marriage to my husband. I have always been grateful to him for his encouragement to take that step-in reconciliation with the church.

May his soul Rest in Peace. Fr. Jose was a close friend of mine . I was fortunate to say last goodbye to my friend a few hours before he passed away . I sincerely thank Fr. John Kizhakkedan of Bellville diocese to let me know of his condition and I flew immediately from Toronto, Canada to say goodbye to him. In May 1998 when I went to see him . While we were going for Mass to his mission church we met with a car accident in which both of us were injured. A few years later it affected his health from which he didn’t recover. My condolences to his family members all of whom I know very personally over 40 years May God bless you all Father Sunny Sebastian Toronto, Canada
