Rhonda Swinney, nee Minks, 56, of Freeburg, IL, born March 3, 1968, in Decatur, IL, died Saturday, March 16, 2024, at Lebanon Care Center, Lebanon, IL.
Rhonda retired after working 17 years as an office coordinator for the State of Illinois.
Rhonda was preceded in death by her parents, Richard D. and Elaine, nee Miller, Minks.
She is survived by her son, Thomas Swinney; two brothers, Richard “Rick” Minks and Michael (Shelly) Minks; two nieces, Michelle Minks and Amy (Drew) Lohman; and a nephew, Bradley (Becky) Minks;
