Mr. Fey retired from retail management for Ben Franklin in Belleville, IL.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Genevieve, nee Siddall, Fey.
Surviving are his wife Peggy, nee Galligar, Fey;
two daughters, Tracey Fey,
and Jamie (Damon) Anderson;
three step-sons, Charles (Michele) Scrimpsher,
James Renfro, and John (Brandy) Renfro;
a step-daughter, Amanda (Chad) Lawrence;
a grandson, Logan Anderson;
and a sister, Marylee (Richard) Bales.

Rich was one of the finest persons we have ever known. For 47 we have been honored to be his friend. Tracey and Jamie were blest with a father beyond compare. I worked with Rich at Ben’s for a long time. He was a great man, we could always go to him for just about everything. If Rich didn’t know it probably didn’t exist. My condolences to his entire family and close friends. He will be greatly missed.
