Our hearts break for you. We wish we had been able to meet Richard. He sounded like such a wonderful human being and great, loving husband to you, Karen. We planned on attending the visitation, but power in Millstadt went out that day preventing us from even leaving our garage. My thoughts have been on you every day since, knowing the heartache and loss you are experiencing.

Thoughts and prayers sent. I remember the first time we met Rich. He picked us up at Rhein Main AFB and showed us around and made sure we were taken care of. He was an amazing person always helping others. He was my supervisor but more than that he became a great friend and mentor. He will sorely be missed but always remembered! RIP Rich.
