Mr. Pulley owned and operated C & R Locksmith for 26 years. He later drove a school bus for 12 years and loved to work on cars. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Robert was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Carol Ann, nee Stuempler, Pulley, whom he married on November 2, 1963, and who died on February 11, 2017; a grandson, Jeremy Morris; his parents, Louis Lee Jr. and Ora Frances, nee Evans, Pulley; and a brother, Edward Pulley.
Surviving are three children, Bob Pulley of Belleville, IL, Elaine Morris of Belleville, IL, and Steven Pulley of Belleville, IL;
two grandchildren, Zachary Morris and Sarah (Jake) Kelly;
a great-granddaughter, Payton Kelly;
a brother, William Pulley;
nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation: Friends may visit with the family from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, February 13, 2021, at George Renner & Sons Funeral Home, Belleville, IL. Standard CDC guidelines, including masks and social distancing, will be observed.
According to Robert’s wishes, cremation services were held.
